Dear Partners, Pending the start of the CLIgAN study, I am sending a series of notes which are directed, in particular, to the colleagues who will follow up the enrolled patients. This in order to practice the same procedure for all patients in the Nephrology Operating Units. Please download the Dialcheck Tool from Play store to your mobile phone. It will be used to predict whether or not the patient will go on dialysis and if so, within how long.
